How does it work?

Step 1

Find your flight

Find a flight you need for your trip and start the booking process: select the dates and choose the fare you want. 

Step 2

Need more time?

During the booking process, we offer the pre-booking option on the screen where we ask for the passenger details. Make the pre-booking payment and we'll block the price for 72 hours.

Step 3

Got it?

Once you've decided you want to buy the flight, go to Booking management and complete your purchase. The payment you made for the pre-booking will be deducted from the final price of the trip.

Step 4

What if I decide I don't want the ticket?

You don't need to do anything. If you don't buy the ticket within 72 hours of making the pre-booking, it will automatically be cancelled.

Terms and conditions

  • The pre-booking service is available for Iberia flights (operated by Iberia, Iberia Express or Air Nostrum) and codeshare flights with British Airways, or when the booking includes flights by both airlines.

  • This service is not yet available in all countries.

  • Remember, you must book at least 5 days before the departure of the first flight.

  • In some countries the purchase terms and conditions do not permit the automatic issue of tickets. In these cases, you will be given instructions on how to proceed during the purchase process.
