All the planes in our long-haul fleet have Wi-Fi access. This service is free for customers travelling in Business Class. The Iberia Wi-Fi network is available at all times, even on the ground, but the internet service is enabled once the plane reaches an altitude of 10,000 feet, a few minutes after the seatbelt sign is switched off. During descent, it is disabled when the plane reaches 10,000 feet.
