Shuttle service
The Barcelona-Madrid Corridor is a dedicated space in the terminal, making the Air Shuttle service smoother, faster and easier.
This Iberia service connecting Barcelona and Madrid with the slogan “Turn up and fly” has its own mini-terminal located in the space known as the BCN-MAD Corridor to ensure that it maintains its characteristic simplicity, agility and speed for customers. You only need to arrive 15 minutes before the departure of your flight.
You can book any flight you want, combining an open ticket with a closed ticket if you want to guarantee a place on the flight of your choice and you know the exact date and time when you want to travel. These new closed tickets have all the flexibility of open tickets, which means that you can change them as many times as you want, completely free of charge.
These changes can be made through the website as well as the Iberia app. This has been improved to include the new Air Shuttle services, so you can now purchase tickets, open or closed, change your booking as many times as you need to, and download your boarding pass with a simple click to your PC or smartphone.
To take the Air Shuttle, go the area known as the "Barcelona-Madrid Corridor" (with its own access) in Terminal 1, where you will find the three check-in desks if you haven't downloaded your boarding pass or if you need to check in a bag, then proceed through the dedicated security control point to the boarding area.
Fast Lane
The Fast Lane in T1 at Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat airport is on Level 3.
It's the filter on the left, opposite security control and Desk 464.
Guests of our Iberia Plus Oro, Platino, Infinita and Infinita Prime customers need to collect a pass at the Iberia Business desks: 351-352.

VIP Car Park
Enjoy greater peace of mind while you travel knowing that your vehicle is in a preferential place with surveillance and a collection service
When you arrive at Terminal 1 at El Prat Airport, follow the VIP Parking signs and once you enter the identified personnel will collect your vehicle from you.
VIP lounges
Enjoy a private space at the airport.
If you are travelling on Business or are an Iberia Plus Infinita, Infinita Prime, Singular, Gold or Platinum card holder you can use the VIP lounges at the airport.
They are found at:

Level 2, between the check-in hall (beyond the security controls) and the Sky Center (shops and restaurant area).

Level 1, in the Barcelona-Madrid Corridor (Air Shuttle) for customers travelling to Madrid.

Check-in hall
You will find our check-in counters at modules 300 to 400. You also have 50 automatic check-in machines at your disposal.
The check-in counters for Iberia and its associated airlines are found in modules 300 and 400.
Check-in for Iberia / Iberia Regional Air Nostrum is at counters 301 to 314, with counter 301 for to Business passengers.
