Iberia Plus Infinita

With Iberia Plus Infinita, you go first. Identify yourself as an Iberia Plus customer at check-in or when you purchase or book your ticket and we will prioritise you on the waiting list for your flight.

Valid for Iberia Group tickets (Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional/Air Nostrum) as well as any of the oneworld alliance companies. Not valid for tickets charged with Avios.

Regardless of the class you have booked, save time by checking in your luggage at any of the Business class desks.

At Madrid airport, exclusive counters have been set up for Emerald customers (the oneworld benefits to which you are entitled as an Infinita member)  as part of Business check in.

Valid for flights operated and sold by a oneworld member airline ("sold" means that the flight number of the oneworld member airline must appear on the ticket).

• Iberia Infinita customers (oneworld Emerald) benefit from extra baggage allowance when they travel on flights operated by any of the companies in the oneworld alliance.

• As an Infinita customer, you can check-in one additional piece of up to 32 Kg for free regardless of the class you travel in.

• On flights operated by the Iberia Group (Iberia, Iberia Regional Air Nostum and Iberia Express), you can also benefit from a excess baggage of up to 32Kg per suitcase  included in your booking and, if you travel in Business class, a second additional suitcase for free, also weighing up to 32 kg.

• Likewise, all sports luggage and musical instruments will be considered within the luggage allowance on all flights operated by the Iberia Group and will not incur any additional charge as long as they do not exceed these conditions.

• The oneworld airlines reserve the right to restrict any benefits they deem appropriate in any of their fares.

• Being Iberia Plus Infinita gives you access to any Iberia lounge worldwide if your flight is operated by the Iberia Group (Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional/Air Nostrum) and/or sold by Iberia with one companion.

• Your guest will be eligible if their flight meets these conditions and/or they hold a oneworld  airline boarding pass for that day. A flight is considered to be oneworld if the marketing airline and operator are members of the alliance.

• If your flight is operated by the Iberia Group (Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional/Air Nostrum), you can access the Lounge with your children (as well as your guest), provided they are travelling with you.

• The policy on using VIP lounges with guests, regardless of whether they are the member's children, may vary at different airports; consult here.

• In addition, enjoy free access with one guest to the VIP Lounges offered by Iberia when you travel on flights operated and sold by Vueling (at Madrid and Barcelona airports). In this case, your companion must fly on the same flight as you.

Further information

We offer you free of charge our Bag on Board luggage collection service at the address you indicate for transport and check-in at the airport of origin in Madrid. All you have to do is pick it up in the baggage reclaim hall at your destination airport.

In order to enjoy this service free of charge, you must book it through bookings management.
