Refund vouchers

  • Your Iberia voucher works like a money box: you can use it as many times as you want until the amount has been used up.

  • However, the conditions for use depend on the voucher. Check those for yours. 

Discount codes

  • Discount codes are for single use.

  • They cannot be used to buy Shuttle Flight tickets, or holiday packages, or to pay with Avios (OK for Cash&Avios).

  • You can also consult the specific conditions of use for each promotion.

Gift cards

  • Gift Cards are valid for one year, both to buy tickets and to take your flight.

  • You can use them one or more times to make purchases on our website, until the amount has been used up.
