Checked baggage
Check the maximum measurements and weight for checked baggage, and the number of items included free of charge in your fare. You can also add an additional 15 kg, 23 kg or 32 kg bag so you only pay for what you need.

- We recommend you check in your free hand luggage and board with just a small bag or brief case only (not available on Iberia Regional Air Nostrum flights) to travel more comfortably.
Had an incident with your baggage?
Baggage Incidents Service
If there's an incident with your baggage at the destination airport, you can more information here. We'll do everything we can to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Lost property
If you left any belongings on board our planes, in our VIP lounges or in the Unaccompanied Minors (UMs) rooms, contact our lost and found department, presenting your ID or passport. We keep these items for a maximum period of one month.
