On the same day of your trip or the day before, we'll collect your luggage at the address you provide and we'll ensure that it arrives at its final destination safely and on time.

We follow a rigorous process of verification, customer identification and bag packing, complying with all safety standards and guarantees.

You simply pick it up in baggage reclaim at the destination airport.

Our home luggage collection service is free of charge for customers who are flying in Business class, as well as for Iberia Plus Infinita, Infinita Prime and Platino customers.

How does the service work?

The service includes collection of your luggage at the address you indicate, safekeeping, transport and check-in at the departure airport. It is separate from the cost of the Iberia checked luggage service. You are responsible for collecting your luggage from the belt at the destination airport.

Where is the service available?

At the moment, this service is only available for flights departing from Madrid airport. We are working to expand it to new cities.

How do we check in your luggage at the airport?

Bob has been approved the Spanish National Air Safety Agency (AESA) to provide the luggage shipping service with Iberia in line with the security protocols required by Spanish airport regulations.

Just as when you check in your luggage at the Iberia desk, the the agent who collects your luggage will need to check your personal documents, boarding passes, any visas required, as well as the weight of each passenger's luggage.

The agent will then record each passenger's details on the service mobile app and link them to one of the bags, in line with the airport regulations.

At the end of the process, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your luggage labels.

Can the luggage be delivered by a different person than the one flying?

For security reasons it is not possible. We need to verify on site the identity of the persons flying with their ID, NIE or passport (in addition to the boarding pass) and associate it to each of the suitcases that will be checked in with Iberia.

What will you do if my baggage is overweight?

The agent will weigh your baggage on collection. If any piece of luggage exceeds your allowance, you will have to remove items from the bag in question to reduce the weight. Our agent will not collect any bags that exceed the weight permitted by the airline.
