Who is the seller or the provider the activities offered in the Iberia website?

In order to recommend activities at the destination that improve the travel experience, Iberia website makes a catalog of third-parties services available to its passengers, this being a mere communication of available offers. These activities are contracted directly with the supplier, who is responsible for marketing and service. Iberia facilitates, to the best of its ability, communication with the supplier for these contracts and, on occasion, cancellation services in manage my booking, but is not responsible for the supplier's service, nor for any modifications or disruptions that may occur as a result of the service provider change or cancelation. Iberia is neither responsible of any disruption that can happened as result of a modification or cancellation of the flight contracted with Iberia.

How do I access the activity details?

Once you have selected an activity from the list of activities offered, you can access its details page to choose the day, tickets type, enter personal information, and lastly complete the payment.

How can I check the activity availability?

Following your flight booking, we recomend you with a list of activities offered during your travel dates by third parties. In the activity details, there is a calendar allowing you to select your favorite date for the activity.

How soon after arrival an activity can be booked?

Activities are recommended starting the day after your flight arrival.

I cannot find a specific activity, What should I do?

Iberia's website gives you the best selection of activities based on your travel dates and traveler profile.

Can I buy an activity for someone else? Can I buy an activity as a gift?

You can make a reservation under someone else's name. Some activities are nominal, in that case it may be necessary to include attendees' details when making a reservation. Also, in certain situations, activity participants are required to identify themselves at the entrance.

In what languages is the activity available?

Details on activity language(s) can be found on the activity details.

When will my reservation be charged?

Credit card payment is necessary to complete the activity booking.

Am I limited to book between my travel dates?

Your flight dates appear pre-selected, but you can choose to book an activity or experience further to your travel dates, as long as there is availability.

How can I complete my booking?

An activity summary can be found in the activity details. Alter selecting the different options, you can proceed to payment. Once the reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from the provider with all the relevant information (hours, meeting location, etc.) and a follow-up email with your tickets. In your tickets you can find all the organizer contact details. For questions or clarifications, you may contact directly the organizer.

Is there a limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased?

You can choose number of participants in activity's details, each activity's limit is different. During the purchasing process the system itself informs you whether the petition is feasible.

Are there special rates for children, seniors or university students? Where can I select them?

Once you access activity details, organizer available rates are displayed.

How do I know if it is a shared activity?

Generally speaking, activities are shared. If it's a private activity, it will be detailed in the reservation.

How can I pay for an activity?

Activity payment is limited to the following credit and debit cards; Visa, American Express, Diners Club, and MasterCard (except Maestro card). Electronic Visa, 4B, and Red 6000. If, when charging your card, the issuing bank refuses to authorize the charge, we will notify you of the issue and the reservation will be considered as incomplete.

During the purchase confirmation an error has occurred. What should I do?

Your reservation is only considered complete if the payment has been received. If you have received a credit card charge but haven't received a confirmation email, access Iberia > Booking Management > Your experiences, with your flight code, to manage your activity.

Which currencies are available for payment?

The prices are displayed in various currencies, but payments are always made in euros.

How do I know that my reservation is complete?

As soon as your reservation payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. In a follow-up email, you will receive the tickets and the organizer contact information details. For your tickets, we depend on the event organizer, therefore sometimes this second e-mail may take a while to be sent.

How can I view the tickets I've purchased?

As soon as your reservation is completed, you will receive a first confirmation email from the provideer. It is not necessary to print your tickets; you can carry them on your tablet or mobile phone. Can I change the date of my reservation?

As a general rule, reservations dates cannot be changed; please double-check the specific information for each activity before completing the reservation. In your tickets you have the organizer terms and conditions for your reservation.

Can I cancel my purchase?

The organizer cancellation policy determines whether it is possible. Typically, cancellations are allowed up to 24 or 48 hours prior to the start of the event. Using your flight code, enter Iberia > Booking Management > Your experiences, to check if you are in the activity's cancellation period through the module that facilitates Iberia in its website only for informative and activity cancellation purposes. If it is possible to cancel it, you can do it there.

What should I do if I have a duplicate payment?

As a general rule, if you have a duplicated payment, you may have two reservations. Using your flight code, you can access Iberia > Booking Management > Your experiences, to manage your booking and if necessary cancel them through the module that facilitates Iberia in its website only for informative and activity cancellation purposes. How do I add/remove participant details on dietary needs, age, etc.?

Contact the activity organizer if you want to add or remove participants details from your reservation. In your tickets you can find all the organizer contact details.

I did not receive my activity booking confirmation email, what should I do?

Several things may have happened:

  • That you received the email but it was marked as spam or "unwanted mail."
  • That for some reason still hasn't arrived (for instance, due to a mail server delivery delay). Please wait a few hours to verify it again.
  • There might be a mistake with the email address you provided to us (for instance instead of .com, an accent, a forgotten or transposed letter...).

Please verify that the payment was made correctly (reservations are only considered completed if payment was successful). What happens if a canceled flight, limits my ability to enjoy a reserved activity?

If a flight is canceled, you'll either get a refund for the nominal amount of the ticket or offered the option to enjoy it at a different date. We will try to provide you sufficient advance notice of any cancellations. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be refunded to the credit or debit card you used to purchase your tickets.

What happens if a flight is delayed to the point of not being able to enjoy the booked activity?

If a flight is delayed and it limits the attendance to the reserved activity, you'll either get a refund for the nominal amount of the ticket or offered the option to enjoy it on a different date. If the delay is longer than 24 hours, we will try to provide you sufficient advance notice. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be refunded to the credit or debit card you used to purchase your tickets.

What happens if an event for which I purchased tickets is canceled?

In the event of the organizer cancelling an event, you will either get a refund for the nominal amount of your tickets or offered the option to enjoy it at a different date. What happens if a show for which I bought tickets is postponed?

The tickets are reserved in my name. Can I change the name of the person who will attend the event and collect the tickets?

Unfortunately, after a reservation has been made, we are unable to contact the organizer to inform on a change of names. Please reach directly with the organizer to manage the change. If the change is allowed, make sure the person who collects the tickets has the original confirmation email and a legitimate form of identification. We also recommend you to carry a note from the entry's owner authorizing the new user.
