Your place to relax and get your strength back, to catch up on some work or hold a meeting, or to enjoy fine dining, all while you wait to board your flight.
How can I gain entry to the VIP lounges?
Your boarding card will indicate permission to use the lounge before the departure of your flight, so simply show it to the reception staff. They may also ask to see your ID card or passport.
If you are a frequent flyer with the right to use this service, you may have to show your loyalty card.
Minors under the age of 18 may use the lounge if accompanied by an adult.
In the United States, minors under the age of 21 must be accompanied by someone who is 21 or older.
Which customers are entitled to use them?
Access to VIP lounges depends on the class of your ticket or the privileges associated with your membership card. You can find out more here.
