Bookings, tickets and name changes
Depending on the type of fare, kind of service, stay at the destination, offer, etc., you can reserve one-way or return flights.
If you take advantage of a fare that requires the use of the air ticket coupons in a particular order, please bear in mind the following: if you don't use any of the legs, or you don't use them in the order indicated on the ticket, for the leg used we will invoice you for the amount corresponding to the price demanded for that part of the itinerary at the time when you made your booking. This price is obtained from the published fares in force and you may check it by trying to book the leg used as a single booking. If the price is higher than the one indicated on your ticket, we may condition your transport on the other legs to prior payment of the difference.
Most fares with restrictions DO NOT PERMIT refunds, reimbursements, changes or have additional charges for service provision.
It is NOT possible to change names where seat and/or ticket bookings are concerned. Please take special care when writing the names and surnames of the passengers that have to coincide with the documentation that is shown at the airport on the day of the flight. If the ticket details do not coincide with the documentation, the passenger may not be allowed to board the plane.
In those instances where a number of bookings are made on the same flight for the same passenger and where a ticket has not been issued, these will be considered as duplicate bookings and will be cancelled without prior notice.

The fee for issuing the ticket is applied according to the starting point-destination and delivery method selected. It is applied to each passenger on the reservation and the amount is the same for each of the passengers.
