Left something behind on the plane or at the airport?

Being in a hurry to get home, a business meeting, a connecting flight, switching from one transport mode to another...… It's easy to leave something behind on the plane or at the airport when your mind is on something else.

If you think you have left a personal item on board a plane, in one of our VIP lounges or in an Unacompanied Minors (UM) lounge, we might have found it.

If you lost it anywhere else, please contact the lost and found department at the airport in question.

Important:

Personal identification documents (national ID cards, passports, etc.) are handed in to the airport authorities.
Due to limited storage space, we can only keep lost property for one month from the date it was found.
Perishable goods are destroyed the following day.

How to find an item you left behind on one of our flights or at our facilities

Start the search for your lost property

Please click "I've lost my property" to register
Please fill in all fields with as much information as possible to help us identify your lost property (specific features, brand, any stains or scratches, etc.). Tell us where and when you lost it. Lastly, enter your contact details so that we can get in touch with you.

We register all items found

We send everything we find on our planes or at our facilities to the central lost and found department so that they can be registered on the platform.

This usually takes from one day to three weeks. We sometimes receive items later than this if they have been found in distant locations or if there has been a delay for some reason.

We'll send you an email if we find a match

After an item has been registered on the platform, the system detects whether it matches the description of your lost property.

If you receive an email informing you of a match, you can confirm it by pressing the "Please send" button and filling in the form to set the process in motion.

You can't collect the item in person from the lost and found department because it's located in a restricted access area.
