How your Train & Fly ticket works
You can buy your single combined ticket on iberia.com, through our ticket sales offices or at your travel agency. And get your boarding passes on Online check-in from the day before and up to 2 hours before the departure of the flight.

This service is included in the combined ticket so you don't need to buy another one. To make the transfer as convenient as possible, you will have at least 2 and a half hours between connections.
On train journeys and station-airport-station connections, your luggage is your responsibility. Your free baggage allowance will be indicated on your ticket.
It allows plane journeys to be connected with train journeys, broadening the current coverage of the Iberia destination network. You will be considered a connecting passenger, which includes the advantages and guarantees that correspond in the event of cancellations and/or delays.

Iberia does not offer special services for the train journeys, only for the airplane route. Only the service to attend to Passengers with Reduced Mobility is considered which, in any case, must be requested directly from Renfe.

This service does not include the transfer between the train station and the airport (and vice versa), but the public transport systems that connect the train station and airport have wheelchair access.
Minor Escort services and reservations for more than 9 passengers are not currently available for intermodal tickets. To contract the services mentioned above, you will have to contact the companies that operate the routes directly.
